I've recently been rocked by this verse. Thought I would share it.
"If God gives such attention to the appearance of wildflowers—most of which are never even seen—don't you think he'll attend to you, take pride in you, do his best for you? What I'm trying to do here is to get you to relax, to not be so preoccupied with getting, so you can respond to God's giving. People who don't know God and the way he works fuss over these things, but you know both God and how he works. Steep your life in God-reality, God-initiative, God-provisions. Don't worry about missing out. You'll find all your everyday human concerns will be met.
"Give your entire attention to what God is doing right now, and don't get worked up about what may or may not happen tomorrow. God will help you deal with whatever hard things come up when the time comes. 6\31-34\mat

Don't Diss He Who Holds All The Cards
I find it interesting to read today that June Callwood passed away. You see about 2 weeks ago she was on "The Hour" with George Stumboloplopo...etc. and they were discussing the topic of death and what is next after having a very 'successful' life. June said, and I attempt to quote that she said "there is nothing absolutely nothing after you die. All you have in life is to have been at least nice."
Not the exact words but definately the idea of her thoughts. What is interesting is she (in her 80's) has been struggleing with cancer on and off for quite a while. But the day or so after she did the interview with "The Hour" she was admitted to the hospital as her 'illness' got worse. They mentioned this on the show. She has today now passed away.
I am not judging her as there is only one who can, but the thought came to me. Dont't Diss He Who Holds All The Cards. Salvation is not fake.
